Live courts dashboard
Every court, queue spot, and result updates in real time over WebSockets. The hot path is Redis-first, so the UI stays snappy even on phones.
Fair queue, by default
The scheduler always prefers players with the fewest games and the longest wait, then leans on the mode for the rest. Repeat matchups are avoided when better options exist.
Voice announcements
The next match is read out loud on the organizer device, so the room hears who is up without anyone shouting. Toggleable per device.
Public viewer link
Share one session link with anyone in the room. They get a live, read-only view of courts, queue, and standings on their own screen.
Scan-to-check-in
Post the session code at the door and players check themselves in by scanning. Self check-ins slot into the queue without reshuffling the next match.
Substitute & shuffle
Swap a player into a live match without ending the game, or shuffle partners on a court with one tap. Preview the change before you confirm.
Anonymous or club mode
Start a session in seconds, no signup. End it and discard, or save the whole thing into a brand new club without losing a match.
Live standings, explained
Rankings update as results land, with collapsible guides covering provisional players, strength of schedule, and how organizers correct a result. Anyone mid-game is tagged.
Overall strength
Each profile carries an estimated chance of beating an average lineup, worked out match by match from saved games. Beating stronger lineups moves it more.
Club dashboard & history
Saved sessions roll up into your club dashboard with totals, weekly activity, top players, and a public profile page anyone can browse.
One login, three identifiers
Sign in with your username, email, or club slug. Your password resolves the right account, which is great for clubs that hand out a club URL as the login.
Export matches to DUPR
Premium clubs export scored matches as a DUPR-ready CSV from a live session, a saved session, or the dashboard. Collect player IDs at check-in and they come prefilled.
Tournaments
Run a bracket without the spreadsheet.
Start one on the spot or launch it from a scheduled meet. Picklerlobby seeds the entrants, tracks every round, and advances winners as you report scores.
- Entrants are seeded by skill, and in doubles a fixed pair stays together as one team the whole event.
- Assign matches to open courts or let auto-assign do it, and skip a match to defer it when players are not ready.
- Report a score and winners advance themselves, with the live bracket on the public viewer link.
- Edit a mis-scored match from the bracket and the correction re-points every later round.
Single elimination
One loss and you are out. The fastest way to crown a champion when court time is short.

Social Shuffle for mixed doubles: every team is one man and one woman, and no couple repeats until every combination has been played. Organizers set a gender at check-in for anyone who needs one, and players who self check in save theirs once to their own profile.

Premium is ₱399 a month, or ₱1,000 for three months, and it starts with a 7-day free trial. There is no auto-pay: you renew by GCash or bank transfer whenever you are ready. It unlocks scheduled open plays, so the courts, mode, player cap, and start time are set once ahead of time and the session launches the moment players arrive. It also unlocks tournaments (single elimination, double elimination, and round robin), RSVPs with a waitlist, up-front court fee collection, and DUPR match export. The full court fee goes straight to the organizer; only a small per-player platform fee runs on the subscription. Everyday open play stays free.
Can I run a tournament on Picklerlobby?
Yes. Premium organizers can run a live tournament on the spot or schedule one players book and pay for in advance. Pick single elimination, double elimination, or round robin, including round-robin pools that feed an elimination bracket. Entrants are seeded by skill, a fixed doubles pair stays together as one team, and you assign matches to open courts or let auto-assign do it. Winners advance automatically, organizers can edit a mis-scored match from the bracket, and everyone follows it live on the public viewer link.
What is anonymous vs club mode?
Anonymous mode spins up a live room instantly and you can discard it when you are done. Club mode attaches sessions to your Picklerlobby club so history and dashboards stay organized.
How does the public viewer link work?
Every session gets a slug URL. Share it in your group chat. Spectators see courts, queue, and standings update live while organizers keep control on the manage screen.
Which devices does it support?
Modern mobile browsers first. Organizers usually run the session from a phone. Viewers can follow along on phones, tablets, or laptops.
